Dedra joined the Kelco team in the fall of 2019 as a Customer Care specialist. With 10 years of fast paced customer service experience, she comes from a background in data entry and administrative work. She has a passion for building a relationship with clients and is the "go-to" person in a moment of need. Dedra it's not just about providing excellent customer care but also creating meaningful connections and making a positive impact on people's lives. She truly believes that a smile and a listening ear can go a long way in making someone's day. When she is not working, you can find her spending time at home working in the yard, trying out new restaurants, baking for her friends and working in her local church.
